These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ecadorado.com website, owned by Ecadorado Analytics S.A.S. (Tax ID/RUC 1793257864001), an Ecuadorian company with registered office in Quito. By using the site you fully accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the site
Ecadorado provides educational and informational content on real estate crowdlending in Ecuador. The site does not execute investment operations nor receive funds from the public; its function is training and dissemination.
2. User eligibility
Use of the site is allowed to individuals aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract in Ecuador or in their country of residence. Minors may not subscribe to the newsletter or send forms.
3. No advisory relationship
All content is informational in nature. Ecadorado does not provide personalised financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Before making any investment decision, consult a professional authorised in Ecuador.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, the “Ecadorado” brand, logos and site organisation are the property of Ecadorado Analytics S.A.S. or its licensors, and are protected by the Organic Law on Regulation and Control of Market Power and Ecuadorian intellectual property regulations. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is forbidden.
5. Permitted use
You agree to: not breach the security of the site; not enter false data; not use the site for illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or immoral activities; respect copyright of the published content.
6. Newsletter subscription
The subscription is free and voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every issue. Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party pages. Ecadorado does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, security or privacy practices of those sites.
8. Limitation of liability
Ecadorado does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Ecuadorian law, we are released from liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data losses arising from use of the site.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms to adjust to regulatory or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page, with the corresponding update date.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Metropolitan District of Quito, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
